DVA, private and Support at Home
Private/self-funded referrals are accepted. DVA requires confirmation of eligibility, referral requirements, billing and availability.
Support at Home services must be arranged through the participant’s registered provider, including applicable self-management arrangements. Tandem is not a registered Support at Home provider.
NDIS physiotherapy
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only. Tandem is not an NDIS-registered provider.
iCare / LTCS physiotherapy
Commencement is subject to relevant scheme approval where required. NSW workers compensation also requires confirmation of current SIRA approval, applicable insurer/scheme requirements and availability.

Chris Burgess is Tandem’s Principal Physiotherapist and an Ahpra-registered physiotherapist. He has worked in community neurological and complex disability physiotherapy since 2022.

Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta, Liverpool, Fairfield and The Hills District.
Our general service area extends from Glenorie in the north to Liverpool in the south, and Penrith in the west to Parramatta in the east. Explore visits in Box Hill and the Hills District or search your suburb. Appointments are subject to availability and travel feasibility.
