Tandem Physio welcomes iCare/LTCS and NSW workers compensation enquiries about home-based assessment and physiotherapy. iCare/LTCS service commencement is subject to relevant scheme approval where required. NSW workers compensation enquiries are welcome; service commencement is subject to confirmation of current SIRA approval, applicable insurer/scheme requirements and availability.

Do you accept LTCS / iCare referrals?
iCare / LTCS enquiries are welcome. Service commencement is subject to suitability, availability and relevant scheme approval where required.
Do you accept workers compensation referrals?
NSW workers compensation enquiries are welcome; service commencement is subject to confirmation of current SIRA approval, applicable insurer/scheme requirements and availability. Chris Burgess is a SIRA-approved treating physiotherapist (approval no. 20949).
What should be confirmed before treatment starts?
For insurer-funded referrals, the scheme, claim details, approved hours, rate, travel/reporting approval and billing instructions should be clarified before billable treatment commences.
